Inside Out

Gatsby is actually trying to win Daisy's live while Prufrock isn't making a move to tell the girl that he likes her. Gatsby is obese with Daisy and Prufrock is spectating. Prufrock thinks that people are talking bad about him. Yes i think some kids are embarrassed to tell a girl/boy that he/she likes him. I can be shy at school and act different at my house .

W hat i learned is that there are a lot of laws I never knew of.  For example knowing what you tattoo on yourself. You can be sent to jail by having the wrong tattoos.   In the past month our class has been discussing the essay by Emerson. I learned that I can apply some quotes to my life. I also learned what the thesis was about, and how he arranged his words and the types of words he used and why?   Emerson uses "On Self Reliance" as his title. "On Self Reliance" means to me to not depend on others to trust yourself. I think the thesis and the title are the same. The essay "On Self Reliance" talks about how everyone is important, and that our dissions are important. That is how the title and thesis relate to each other.   The essay "On Self Reliance" contains syntax and diction. Emerson arranged his words and chose the words so the reader can understand. Emerson uses high vocabulary words so the reader can figure out what the word means and the reader can expand his or her knowledge. Syntax was used to put a lot information into his essay.       In the story Young Goodman Brown went through a lot  of obstacles that made him change from being postive to negative person , so he is a dynamic character. Young Goodman Brown started off  believing that his wife was pure and was happy. For an example he loved his wife in the beginning of the story, but then in the end of the story he didn't even want to look at her. "Poor Little Faith" thought he, for his heart smote him. "What a wretch am I, to leave her on such an errand!" Young Goodman Brown didn't want to leave Faith, but later on in the story Young GoodMan Brown changed his mine about Faith."  Often, awaking suddenly at midnight, he shrank from the bosom of Faith, and at morning or eventide, when the family knelt down at prayer, he scowled, and muttered to himself, and gazed sternly at his wife, and turned away."
