1.b Tone of the poem is to motivate the reader. The poem was invlusive. The theme of the poem was not giving up. The mood is depressing hearing how people get treated and what happens to them. C. My theme got changed to dont judge a book by its cover, because we don't know if the prisoner is good or bad

  In the past month our class has been discussing the essay by Emerson. I learned that I can apply some quotes to my life. I also learned what the thesis was about, and how he arranged his words and the types of words he used and why?   Emerson uses "On Self Reliance" as his title. "On Self Reliance" means to me to not depend on others to trust yourself. I think the thesis and the title are the same. The essay "On Self Reliance" talks about how everyone is important, and that our dissions are important. That is how the title and thesis relate to each other.   The essay "On Self Reliance" contains syntax and diction. Emerson arranged his words and chose the words so the reader can understand. Emerson uses high vocabulary words so the reader can figure out what the word means and the reader can expand his or her knowledge. Syntax was used to put a lot information into his essay. My Big Question is the requirements of getting accepted to NASA. The reason why my big question is trying to get into NASA is because I like discovering new things. I wonder if there is life somewhere else in space. Being part of NASA can open opportunities to me accomplishing my goal.

I think we should  be in groups when we do assignments and projects so when can share ideas and help each other out 

  In chapter one I got introduced to the main character Jason. Jason is a teenager where he is in a bus with other teenager's that he does not recognize or why he is in the bus. Jason doesn't remember his own name or who is. Jason meets friend's that he doesn't know on the bus Jason is really confused doesn't know what's going on. He later meets a man that is five feet tall  named Coach Hedge. Coach Hedge is the only person on the bus  that doesn't recognize Jason himself. Coach Hedge explains to Jason that he might be special package and out of a sudden the clouds got thick.
